Professional Conduct & Sensitivity Assessment

As an employee representing Mitcham Programs LLC and its programs, including Kyle’s Karate and Floor Is Lava Class, you may interact with students, families, and school staff from a wide range of backgrounds, including different religions, cultures, beliefs, and personal values.

Employees are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism by treating everyone with respect and remaining objective and nonjudgmental in both words and actions. This helps protect our programs and reputation, maintain the trust of our partner schools and families, and provide a safe and welcoming environment for every student.

Professional conduct includes avoiding discriminatory language, offensive jokes, stereotypes, unnecessary political or religious discussions, and arguments or confrontations. Employees are expected to exercise sound judgment, remain composed, and conduct themselves appropriately whenever representing Mitcham Programs LLC, including while arriving at or departing from school locations.
